This includes: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands & United Kingdom.

EU Zone 2

This includes: Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain & Sweden (Excludes the Canary Islands, Azores & Madeira).

EU Zone 3

This includes: Andorra, Monaco, Norway, San Marino & Switzerland.

EU Zone 4

This includes: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia & Slovenia.

Brexit Notice

We are glad to say that Brexit will not have any impact on your experience when shopping with us. While the changes resulting from its impact have been widespread, we can promise that:

• You will not be charged any additional VAT or duty charges after your purchase
• Your consumer rights will remain the same, as we are an Irish registered company
• There are no changes to our delivery terms and conditions

Therefore, the price you are charged on our site for orders bound to Ireland will be the final total, and no additional charges will be taken (excluding the conditions listed below).

Delivery Alterations

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address once the order has been despatched, this will incur extra charges starting from €20 depending on weight. If you would like to make a change to the delivery address after the item has been despatched, please contact us.

Delivery Delays

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

Unfortunately no courier as part of their service agreements are required to call customers in advance of delivery.  We can include a note asking the courier to call in advance of delivery but this is ultimately at the discretion of the individual courier, it is not something that we can insist they do. If for some reason you will not be present as your address during delivery hours we request that you instead have the item delivered to an address where someone is always present during working hours. 

Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed times; there is no such a thing as a guaranteed delivery day as Juicers.ie nor the couriers can legislate for problems arising in transit. If your order is urgent, we suggest allowing sufficient time to get the order to you allowing for any eventualities.
